Who Qualifies to be a P.S.I.A. Member?
Membership of the association is open to corporate bodies with genuine professional and active interest in secuirty and willing to subscribe to Association Constitution and falling within any of the following categories:-
- Manned Guard Services.
- Security for handling and movement of cash and valuables.
- Electronic security and supply of security equipment
- Installation of Burglar Alarms and other protective
- Security Consultancy
- Courier services.
- Provision of Guard Dog Services.
- Security for cas in transit.
- Access Control Installation
- Any other service authorizes by the board/authority through a gazette notice
Requirements For members Application
Membership Application:- Application for membership are reviewed and vetted by the Protective Security Industry Association Executive Committee whose decision is final.
All Members must pledge to adhere to Association Code of Conduct and Regulations.
Each member organization must ensure that it is soundly managed,its directors and senior executive are of good repute and conduct and that its business integrity and ethics are in line with the association code of conduct.
Status of members: – All Members must furnish the association with information about the nature of their business and the board of directors.
Fees and Subscription:- Applicants for Private Security Industry association membership must pay non-refundable application fees and Upon acceptance, a potential member pay all the requisite admission fees before a membership certificate is issued.
Annual Subscription:– Members are required to pay annual subcription fee as set out in the association constitution.
Fees and Dues are due and payable by the dates set out and defaulters may result in the removal of member from the members register.
